At Oak & Earthe, we carefully prepare every order to ensure your jewellery arrives beautifully packaged and ready to enjoy.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 1:00pm AEST (Monday to Friday) are typically dispatched the same business day from our Queensland warehouse.

Orders placed after 1:00pm, on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

During promotional periods, public holidays and peak seasons, please allow additional time for processing.

Australia

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping

• FREE on orders over $99 AUD
• $11 AUD for orders under $99 AUD
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping

• FREE on orders over $150 AUD
• $15 AUD for orders under $150 AUD
• Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days

New Zealand & Oceania

We offer Australia Post Express International shipping.

• FREE on orders over $200 AUD
• $20 AUD for orders under $200 AUD
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, any in-stock items will be shipped first where possible, with your pre-order item dispatched separately as soon as it becomes available.

Delivery Information

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to Australia Post, customs processing, severe weather events or other factors beyond our control.
